Update on the bikers v. Myrtle Beach Supreme Court case

Word is in about the bikers v. City of Myrtle Beach SC Supreme Court Case. The court findings might not be published for months, but if Don is correct in his assessment, things are looking good. Let this case be a lesson to all counties, cities, and towns that try to discriminate against motorcyclists by enacting laws without considering preemption by state law, the US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Some bikers still defend important principles of liberty!

Bikers v. City of Myrtle Beach, February 3, 2010

The 10am case is brought by business owners impacted by the City of Myrtle Beach ordinances to discourage and criminalize motorcycle events, including Myrtle Beach Bike Week, within city limits.

The 10:30 case is bikers with helmet tickets versus the City of Myrtle Beach.
