Friends of Bikers of Lesser Tolerance - B.O.L.T.

I would like some legal advice.

I was almost hit head on yesterday. I called in the vehicles plate to 911 and they stopped the vehicle.

I have all the drivers information, but the law said there was nothing they could do since it was not witnessed by an officer.

When someone is in control of avehicle they are responsible for their actions... the cops said it would not be able to charge "attempted vehicular homicide" because there was no intent....

I say when you are in control of your vehicle there should be SOMETHING I can charge him with.

the police said I have to goto the courthouse and swear out a summons for him..but couldnt tell me what I can charge him with...
